By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
“Services” means the Eyetech Vision Healing Therapy programme, consultations, device demonstrations and related offerings. “Device” means the Smart Vision Trainer and any associated equipment. “User” means any person accessing this website or engaging our Services.
The information presented on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Our Services are non-invasive wellness and vision training offerings and are not a substitute for professional examination or treatment by a qualified optometrist, ophthalmologist or medical practitioner.
Individual results may vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Any statistics, timelines or improvement ranges described on this website represent general observations and must not be interpreted as a promise of results. Users with pre-existing eye conditions, elevated intraocular pressure, fundus disease, or any other medical condition should seek professional medical review before commencing therapy. If you experience discomfort, pain or deterioration in vision, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified practitioner.

Submission of an enquiry or booking request does not constitute a confirmed appointment. All bookings are subject to availability and written or verbal confirmation by EMAS or an authorised centre. We reserve the right to decline, reschedule or cancel any appointment where necessary, including on clinical or operational grounds.
Device specifications, features and descriptions are provided in good faith and may be updated without prior notice. Devices must be used strictly in accordance with the accompanying instructions and any guidance provided by our trained personnel. Warranty terms, where applicable, are as stated in the documentation supplied with the Device at the point of purchase.
Participation in any reward, cashback or affiliate programme operated by EMAS is subject to separate programme rules communicated at the time of enrolment. Entitlements are non-transferable unless expressly permitted, and are subject to verification. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any programme, or to disqualify participants engaged in fraudulent, misleading or abusive conduct. Programme participation does not constitute an offer of employment, partnership, agency or investment.
Fees for Services and Devices are as quoted at the time of engagement and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, refund eligibility and cancellation conditions will be communicated at the point of purchase and form part of the agreement between you and EMAS.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, trade marks, images, layout and software, is the property of EMAS or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
